404(c) PROTECTION:
United Asset Strategies, Inc. Investment Advisory Services allows the plan’s fiduciaries to take advantage of 404(c) protection. There are certain disclosures required by the plan fiduciaries beyond those provided by United Asset Strategies, Inc. that should be discussed with the employer/sponsor fiduciary, as well as with legal advisors, before relying completely upon 404(c) protection.
